What is Nuntius?

Do I need a credit card to try it?

Which channels can my agent handle?

How does my customer know they’re talking to an AI?
Section titled “How does my customer know they’re talking to an AI?”It’s mandatory and can’t be turned off: the widget header always shows the subtitle “AI assistant · replies instantly”, every AI-generated message carries the “AI” label, and on WhatsApp and Telegram the notice arrives as a message at the start of the conversation — on every channel and every supported language (AI Act, Art. 50). Can I take over a conversation myself?
Section titled “Can I take over a conversation myself?”Yes. Anyone with the Admin or Editor role can press “Take over” on an ongoing conversation; the AI stops answering until you resolve it or hand it back yourself. See Conversations.
What languages is the Platform available in?
Section titled “What languages is the Platform available in?”Spanish, English and Italian — both the Platform’s own interface and the chat widget, which starts in the language you picked when you signed up.
