You can only have one own key active at a time — never several from different providers at once. If you already have a key configured, the screen shows a card with the provider, the last characters of your key (never the full key — it’s never shown again once saved), the default model if you set one, and the date you configured it.
Procedure: rotating your key for the same provider
Section titled “Procedure: rotating your key for the same provider”- On your current provider’s card, click “Change key”.
- Paste the new key and click Save.
Result: the previous key stops being used immediately, replaced by the new one — without asking you for the terms again (you already accepted them for this provider).
Procedure: switching to ANOTHER provider
Section titled “Procedure: switching to ANOTHER provider”- Click “Change key” and, in the Provider selector, choose one other than the current one.
- Paste that new provider’s key and click Save.
- Since this is your first time with this provider, you’ll first see the terms notice (section 2) — accept it and click Save again.
- The platform asks you to confirm: “Replace provider? You already have [current provider] configured. If you continue, it will stop being used and [new provider] will be used instead.” Click Replace to confirm.
Result: the previous provider’s key is replaced by the new one in the same operation — the two are never active at the same time.
Procedure: deleting your own key
Section titled “Procedure: deleting your own key”- On your key’s card, click “Delete key”.
- Confirm in the warning window: “From now on your business will go back to using the AI included in your plan. This can’t be undone.”
Result: you go back to using the AI included in your plan immediately, from your next conversation.
