At 80% of AI Tokens you get a real notice: a bell inside the app (it takes you straight to this screen) and an email to your agency’s administrators. At 100% a second notice arrives and the AI stops replying to NEW conversations — consumption credit does NOT cover tokens; if you need to keep going that month, request an extension (section 6) or consider a plan change.
On Messages, at 100%, every extra conversation is covered by your consumption credit (section 7). If you have credit, you don’t notice anything — it keeps working normally and the credit is deducted automatically. If your credit reaches zero, a soft degradation kicks in, never a total cutoff.
In both cases — AI Tokens at 100%, or Messages at 100% with no credit — the behavior is exactly the same:
- The AI stops replying to NEW conversations on your channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, web widget) — whoever writes to you gets an honest notice instead of silence: “Right now we can’t start new conversations on this channel. Our team will get in touch with you shortly.” (the notice is sent only once per conversation, not on every message).
- Conversations already open before the quota ran out finish normally — they’re never cut off halfway.
- Your human team keeps operating without restriction: they can keep seeing the inbox, taking control of a conversation, and replying manually.
- Topping up credit or upgrading your plan is always accessible, even in this degraded state — you’re never left with no way out.
Important — This is different from your subscription not being current
What’s described in this section happens with a subscription that’s in good standing and simply used up its quota for the month. If instead your subscription doesn’t have a valid assignment (payment pending, suspended, cancelled…), the block is total and is explained in section 9.
