Who gets notified when a conversation on a specific channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Web Widget…) escalates isn’t decided on Team, but on each channel’s own card, in its “Owners” section. If you don’t check anyone as a channel’s owner, its notices reach the agency’s whole active team, so an escalation is never missed for lack of configuration.
