Disconnecting PandaDoc and what happens to your data

Requirements: Admin role.

1. Open PandaDoc’s Detail, go to the Status tab and click Disconnect.
2. Confirm on the notice — the action can’t be undone.

Result: the saved credential is deleted, the agent loses access to PandaDoc’s tools immediately and the automatic status notice stops arriving. To connect again, repeat section 4 (you’ll need a new key, or the same one if it’s still valid in PandaDoc).

Note — PandaDoc becomes a destination for your own data

Every document sent to electronic signature travels to your own PandaDoc account — a system that’s already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting prevents the agent from sending new documents, but doesn’t delete documents already sent or signed in your PandaDoc, because that’s your system, not your provider’s.
