Can I have several sheets registered at once? Yes — both the principal connection and each named connection can have several sheets or tabs registered (section 4).
I stopped sharing the sheet — what message will I see?
When testing the connection or trying to read/write that sheet you’ll see “The token isn’t valid; check it and try again” (code INTEGRATION_CREDENTIAL_INVALID). Share the sheet again with the service account’s email (section 3).
I shared as Viewer but I want a flow to write — what do I do? Go back to Google Sheets, change the permission to Editor, and check “Allow the flow to write here” on that sheet’s registration (section 4).
Can the agent create a new sheet on its own? No. The agent only reads; the write actions (section 5) are only triggered by a new lead or from a flow step you configure — never on the agent’s own initiative mid-conversation.
Do I need my own Google Cloud account? No. The service account belongs to your provider — you just share your sheet with its email, the same way you’d share with any person.
