Requirements: Admin role.
- Open Shopify’s Details, go to the Status tab and click Disconnect.
- Confirm in the warning — this action can’t be undone.
Result: the saved domain is deleted and the agent immediately loses access to the catalog and cart tools. To reconnect, repeat section 4.
Note — Shopify remains your own system
Your catalog and your orders always live in your own Shopify account — a system that’s already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by this platform’s provider. Disconnecting only removes the agent’s access; it doesn’t delete or modify anything in your store.
