By connecting MONEI, your agent can generate a payment link from your own MONEI account directly in the conversation with a customer — with Bizum as the primary method, plus card and any other methods you’ve activated — to charge for a booking, a deposit or any amount you define. Your provider never touches your money: the customer pays on MONEI’s page, with your own payment methods configured there.
This integration activates two independent surfaces, explained in detail in sections 5 and 7:
- One panel action (section 5) — notifying in the conversation itself when a payment resolves.
- Three AI agent tools (section 7) — generating a link, checking its status and cancelling it. These three tools are shared with Stripe (Payments with Stripe Manual): if you connect both providers, your agent chooses among whichever has the method the customer asks for marked — for example, Bizum is only served by MONEI.
Both surfaces are born off until you turn them on — the agent doesn’t generate any link until you decide so.
