By connecting Google Sheets, your agent can look up the content of your spreadsheets while chatting (a catalog, a price list) and your new leads can be automatically registered as new rows in the sheet you choose.
This integration activates two independent surfaces, explained in detail in sections 5 and 7:
- Three panel actions (section 5) — “Lead → row”, and two generic actions (“Append row”/“Update row”) meant to be used as a step in a flow (Manual 55 · Jobs and Flows).
- Three AI agent tools (section 7) — looking up the sheet’s structure, searching and reading rows. They’re read-only: the agent never writes to your sheet on its own, it only looks things up.
Unlike HubSpot or Brevo, Sheets doesn’t ask for any key or password: the connection uses a Google service account your provider already manages — your only contribution is sharing the sheet with its email (section 3).
