Requirements: Admin role.
- Open MONEI’s Detail, go to the Status tab and click Disconnect.
- Confirm on the notice — the action can’t be undone.
Result: the saved credential is deleted, the activated action stops running immediately and the agent loses access to MONEI’s payment tools. If you had pending payment links generated before disconnecting, they still exist in your MONEI account — disconnecting doesn’t cancel them for you; use “Cancel a payment link” before disconnecting if you want to invalidate them.
Note — MONEI remains your own system
Your charges, your MONEI customers and your payment history always live in your own MONEI account — a system that’s already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting only removes the agent’s access; it doesn’t delete or modify anything in your MONEI account.
