A customer asks about a price or a specific reference. The agent uses “Look up your spreadsheet’s structure” to know which columns it has, and then “Search rows in your spreadsheet” to find the exact row — answering with real data from your sheet, not made up.
The “Append row” and “Update row” actions are meant to be used as a flow piece (Manual 55 · Jobs and Flows, just like the “Email (read)” piece in Manual 61): you choose the sheet and map the columns directly in the flow editor, without touching code.
