Two sidebar screens, Contacts and Marketing, bring together your agency’s customer catalog and the tools to write to them over WhatsApp outside of an ongoing conversation — a campaign, a reminder. They’re available to the Admin and Editor roles (Viewers can consult them, not write on them).
Marketing has two tabs: Templates (section 9) and Campaigns (sections 10 to 12).
