The platform is your agency’s artificial intelligence agent. It talks to your customers in your website widget, on WhatsApp and on Telegram, answering with the information your agency has loaded into the knowledge base. While it helps, it captures contact details (leads) and, when the conversation needs it, alerts someone on your team to take control and continue the chat in person.
This manual is the starting point of the whole collection: it covers what anyone on your agency needs on day one, whatever their role — admin, editor or viewer — to log into the platform, get their bearings in the interface, and understand what they can do. Every specific screen (conversations, leads, calendar, tickets, knowledge base, account settings…) has its own manual; section 6 of this document is the full map of that collection.
