Nuntius is a conversational AI agent for your business. It talks to your customers in your website widget, on WhatsApp, and on Telegram, answering with the information you have loaded into your own knowledge base. While it chats, it captures contact details (leads) and, when the conversation needs it, alerts someone on your team to take over.
This page is the starting point of the documentation. The Product guides, in the sidebar, cover every screen in detail (one guide per area: conversations, leads, calendar, channels, AI agents, knowledge base, team, billing…); this page only takes you from zero to your first real conversation.
1. Create your account
Section titled “1. Create your account”Nobody needs to set you up first: you sign up yourself from the registration screen, in a few minutes — with an email-and-password form, or with “Continue with Google” (which verifies your email instantly). Once your account is verified you go straight in, with a 15-day free trial and no card required, and your AI agent is already provisioned in the language you registered with.
When you sign up you choose your account’s business type. That drives your agent’s initial configuration: it’s created already adapted to your sector, with a website widget channel ready to embed on your site.
2. Connect your first channel
Section titled “2. Connect your first channel”Your account is born with a website widget channel already created: copy its snippet from
Channels → Web widget and paste it into your site (a single code block, before </head> or
</body>). If you also want to handle WhatsApp or Telegram, connect them from the same
Channels screen — each channel has its own connection procedure, covered in its own guide.
3. Tune your AI agent
Section titled “3. Tune your AI agent”Your agent already has an initial behavior adapted to your sector. From AI agents you can review and refine its instructions, its tone, and which resources it can use (knowledge-base documents, templates, connected integrations) — all with explicit permissions: the agent never accesses a resource you haven’t assigned to it.
4. Load your knowledge base
Section titled “4. Load your knowledge base”In Knowledge base you upload the documents your agent should answer from: catalogs, pricing, hours, FAQs… The agent only uses what you gave it — it never makes up information about your business.
5. Try it out
Section titled “5. Try it out”Before you publish it to real customers, try your agent yourself: open the widget with the snippet embedded (or use the test mode available in the Platform itself) and chat with it the way a customer would. Adjust the knowledge base or the agent’s prompt until the answers convince you.
