Your customers can send you images, audio, documents and video over WhatsApp, Telegram and the web chat, and your team can reply with images and documents from the inbox. Before saving anything, the platform validates each file: it checks its size, that the type is allowed, and that the actual content matches what it claims to be (a “PDF” that’s actually something else gets rejected). Optionally, the platform team can also enable an antivirus that scans every file.
