Requirements: having control of the conversation (the “Take control” button — with the AI in charge the composer is disabled, same as for text).
- In the composer, tap the paperclip and choose an image or a document (one file per message).
- The file uploads instantly and you’ll see its card above the composer; you can remove it before sending if you made a mistake.
- Write text if you want to accompany it (optional: you can send just the file) and tap Send.
Result: the customer receives it through their channel (a real photo or document on WhatsApp/Telegram; on the web chat it appears instantly with its download link). If the channel couldn’t deliver it, the message is marked with the delivery error, just like any text.
