Procedure: read the estimated ROI

At the bottom of the screen, a highlighted block with a dark background and the “ESTIMATED ROI” label translates the period’s activity into an economic estimate.

  1. The large number on the left (“€800”) is the estimated revenue from the closed conversions in the selected range.
  2. On the right, four supporting figures:
  • Leads generated — leads captured in the range.
  • Closed conversions — how many of those leads turned into deals.
  • Estimated revenue — the same figure as the large number, calculated from an estimated average commission.
  • AI resolution — the percentage of conversations handled without an operator, the same figure as the indicator in section 2, repeated here in the context of return.

Result: a business figure (not just a usage one) you can bring to a conversation with leadership: how much the AI agent is contributing in the chosen period, not just how much it has talked.

Warning — It’s an estimate

The ROI and the average commission are estimated calculations from the conversions marked as closed/won in the Leads funnel (manual 17 · Leads and follow-up) during the chosen range, not an exact accounting figure — useful for seeing the trend, not for balancing the books.
