Procedure (employee): identifying yourself

Requirements: two-factor verification on (section 2).

  1. Open the internal widget’s chat (the usual floating button) — unlike the public one, it shows up empty: no conversation is reachable without identifying yourself first, not even the field to type a message.

  2. Type your email and your password — the same ones from your Platform account. The “Log in” button stays disabled until both fields are filled in.

  3. Tap “Log in”.

  4. Enter the 6-digit code from your two-factor verification app (Google Authenticator, Authy… — the same mechanism as normal login, Manual 26 section 5) and tap “Verify”.

Result: you’re identified — the header switches to showing the full AI disclosure (“Internal AI assistant · replies instantly”) and the window shows the chat with a fixed notice at the top: “You’re operating as YOUR_EMAIL” and the “Log out” link, always visible while the session lasts.
