Procedure: create an Email channel

Requirements: administrator role.

1. Go into Channels and tap Add channel.
2. In the Channel type dropdown, choose Email.
3. Type a name that sets this mailbox apart from the rest — for example “Support mailbox” — it’s required.
4. Tap Create channel.

Result: the instance shows up immediately as a new card, in Disconnected status. Unlike WhatsApp or Telegram, no external wizard opens: tap Connect on the card itself to open the connection form (section 4).
