The platform's manual map

Besides the screens this manual covers (access, interface, roles and Home), the platform has many more screens, each with its own procedures manual. Here’s the full map, grouped by topic:

  • 16 · Conversations (inbox) — the inbox: taking control, replying, resolving, and what to do when the AI hands off to a person.
  • 06 · Web widget — the chat on your own site.
  • 13 · Attachments — photos, audio and documents inside conversations.
  • 17 · Leads and follow-up — the pipeline: board, funnel stages and each lead’s record.
  • 14 · Manual leads — registering leads that arrive through other channels (phone call, portal, in person) and assigning them to an owner.
  • 19 · Calendar — appointments, available slots and your personal calendar.
  • 20 · Tickets — your team’s internal cases about a contact, a lead or a conversation.
  • 18 · Knowledge base and documents — what your AI “knows” and the document templates it fills in.
  • 27 · Marketing and contacts — each contact’s record, WhatsApp templates and campaigns.
  • 22 · Account sign-up — self-service registration of a new agency.
  • 23 · AI agents — your agent’s behavior and activation.
  • 24 · Channels — connecting WhatsApp, Telegram and the web widget.
  • 25 · Team and roles — inviting colleagues and assigning them a role.
  • 26 · Settings and integrations — business hours, calendar parameters, notifications and external integrations.
  • 34 · Customer billing — your plan, usage and invoices.
  • 28 · Support — asking your provider for help.

Warning — Not every manual is within your reach

The account-configuration manuals (22 to 26, and 34) describe screens reserved for the admin role (section 4). If your role is editor or viewer, those options won’t appear or won’t be accessible on your account, and any configuration change will have to be requested from your agency’s administrator.
