Two sidebar screens, **Contacts** and **Marketing**, bring together your agency's customer catalog and the tools to write to them over WhatsApp outside of an ongoing conversation — a campaign, a reminder. They're available to the Admin and Editor roles (Viewers can consult them, not write on them). **Marketing** has two tabs: **Templates** (section 9) and **Campaigns** (sections 10 to 12).
