**Requirements:** Admin role.

1. Open Zoho CRM's **Detail**, go to the **Status** tab and click **Disconnect**.
2. Confirm on the notice — the action can't be undone.

**Result:** the **saved credential is deleted**, activated actions **stop running** immediately and the agent loses access to Zoho's tools. To connect again, repeat section 3 from the start (a new Self Client, or the same one, generating a new authorization code) and section 4.

> **Note — Zoho becomes a destination for your own data**
>
> If you activate "Lead → contact" (section 5), the lead's data travels to **your own Zoho CRM account** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you, not by your provider for this platform. Disconnecting stops the sync but **doesn't delete** what was already synced to your Zoho before, because that's your system, not your provider's. If you unsubscribed an end customer and they requested erasure, that erasure applies on the Platform; it doesn't automatically delete what already travelled to your Zoho.
