**Requirements:** Admin role; an existing account with the provider to authorize access from.

A level-B template can be in one of two states, and the card tells you honestly which one:

1. On a card with the button available, tap **Connect with OAuth**.
2. Read the notice "You're about to authorize access to your {provider} account on its own page. When
you're done, you'll come back here and be able to turn on the tools you want to use.", tick the same
responsibility-notice acceptance checkbox, and tap **Connect with OAuth** again, inside the modal.

**Result:** it genuinely takes you to the provider's authorization page (never a simulation) — you sign
in there, with your account on that service, and authorize access.

When you come back, a notice on the screen itself confirms the outcome: "Connected. Turn on the tools
you want to use on this service's card, below." if everything went well, or an honest reason if not
("We couldn't verify the request. Please try again.", if the provider canceled or rejected the
authorization, etc.).

Once the connection succeeds, turn on whichever tools you need on that template's card — the same
one-by-one activation mechanism from section 5.
