**Requirements:** Admin role.

1. Open Salesforce's **Details**, go to the **Status** tab and press **Disconnect**.
2. Confirm in the notice — the action can't be undone.

**Result:** the **saved credential is deleted**, activated actions **stop running** immediately and the agent loses access to Salesforce's tools. To reconnect, repeat section 4.

> **Note — Salesforce becomes a destination for your own data**
>
> If you activate "Lead → contact" (section 5), the lead's data travels to **your own Salesforce org** — a system that's already yours, contracted and managed by you. Disconnecting stops the sync but **doesn't delete** what was already synced before to your Salesforce. If you unsubscribed an end customer and requested their erasure, that erasure applies on the Platform; it doesn't automatically delete what already traveled to your Salesforce.
