**Requirements:** administrator or editor role (with the Viewer role you can see the board, but not move cards). There are two ways to move a lead forward through the funnel: 1. **Drag and drop**: on the Board, drag the lead's card from its current column to the new stage's column. The change saves instantly, with no extra confirmation. 2. **With the keyboard**: focus the card with Tab, press **Space** to "pick it up", move it between columns with the keyboard **arrows**, and drop it by pressing **Space** again. 3. **From the lead's record**: opening the full record (section 6) also lets you change its stage with the stage buttons it includes, without having to go back to the board — this is also how a manually created lead is moved forward (manual 14 · Manual leads). **Result:** the lead moves to the new column, both stages' counters (on the board and in the Conversion funnel) update instantly, and the same happens if you change it from the List view or from its record.
