Manage who can log into your agency's Platform, with what role, and whether they handle conversations. It
has two tabs: **Members** and **Invitations**.

On **Members** you see, for each person:

- Their **email**.
- Their **role** — Admin, Editor or Read-only, as a colored label next to their name.
- Their **status** — Active or Suspended.
- Their **presence** — Online, Away, Busy or Offline.
- If they're an **inbox operator**, the **maximum simultaneous chats** assigned to them (for example, "max
  5 chats").
- Their **AI system training** — "Training pending" or "Training completed on {date}" (section 1.1).

Above the list, a summary shows how many members there are in total and how many operators are online
right now (for example, "1 member · 1 operator online").

Only Admins see and use this screen normally (section 3); the other roles don't access it.

## 1.1. AI system training record

The AI Act (Art. 4) requires that whoever operates the system be trained on how it works and its limits.
Every row in the list carries a training indicator — **"Training pending"** or **"Training completed on
{date}"** — and, next to it, a **"Mark training" / "Remove mark"** button that anyone with write permission
on Team can tap (for themselves or for another member, after confirming in the notice that appears) once
they've read **Manual 35 · Training your team on the AI system**. The record also saves who marked it, as
evidence for a possible inspection.
