When a capability shows “Not included in your current plan” or “You've reached your plan's limit for this,” a **“Request”** button appears next to the message — it's the way to ask for an upgrade without having to write a separate email.

1. Click **“Request”** on the notice for the capability you need to expand.
2. State the **amount** you need (or check “unlimited”, if that capability allows it) — for a Yes/No capability, you just confirm you want it turned on, with no amount field.
3. If you want, write a **note** explaining the reason.
4. Click **Send**.

**What happens when you send it:** a **real ticket** is created with all the structured detail (which capability, how much you're asking for, how much you have now), which goes straight to your provider through the same support channel as **Manual 28** — never a plain link to “contact us”. While the ticket stays open, the notice changes to “Request sent” with the date, and the “Request” button disappears — you can't duplicate the same request twice.

Your provider resolves the request by upgrading your plan or adjusting your contract directly (section 6.2) — as soon as they do, that screen's counter reflects the new limit without you having to do anything else.
