If your agency doesn't have a platform account yet, nobody needs to set you up first: you create it
yourself from the registration screen, in a few minutes. There are two paths, with the same starting point:

- **With email and password** (the classic form): two steps — filling in the form and confirming your
email with a code. This is the one explained in sections 2 to 4.
- **Continue with Google**: Google verifies your email instantly, so you only fill in your agency's details
and go straight in, without a password or a verification code. Explained in section 5.

If you already have an account, the registration screen has the **"Already have an account? Log in"** link
at the top, which takes you to the login screen; and from that same login screen you can go back to
registration if you went to the wrong place.

> **Note — Form language**
>
> Both registration and login have their own language selector at the top right ("Español" / "English"…).
> The language you have chosen on the registration form is also the language your AI assistant starts up
> in — see section 6.

> **Note — Optional login step: two-factor verification**
>
> The account you just created doesn't have it enabled by default. If later on you (or anyone on your team)
> turn on **two-factor verification** from **Settings → Security** (Manual 26, section 5), login gains a
> second step that asks for a 6-digit code in addition to the password — full detail of day-to-day access,
> with and without that verification, in **Manual 15 · Getting started**, section 2.1.
