**Requirements:** none in particular; available to any role from their own Settings → My calendar.

1. Go into **Settings → My calendar**.
2. Choose the **Google Calendar** provider.
3. Tap the connect button and grant Google consent: it only asks for your free/busy availability and
permission to manage the events the platform itself creates, nothing else from your calendar.
4. You're back on Settings, which now shows, in the **"Google connection"** section, the text **"Connected
   as <your email>"**.

**Result:** your availability now takes your Google Calendar's real occupancy into account, and every
appointment assigned to you is also created there (it's also updated or cancelled if it changes on the
platform).

To disconnect it, tap **"Disconnect"** in that same section; your calendar goes back to being the
platform's.

> **Warning — The mirror always follows the employee the appointment is ASSIGNED to**
>
> With Google Calendar connected, each appointment is reflected on the Google Calendar of the employee it's
> **assigned** to — not on yours if the appointment belongs to someone else. If you assign an appointment to
> an employee who doesn't have Google connected, that appointment exists on the platform normally, but
> doesn't show up on any Google Calendar. If your whole agency wants to see appointments in a single shared
> calendar, each person can connect **the same Google account** from their own Settings → My calendar: that
> way any appointment assigned to any of them will end up on that shared calendar — although occupancy is
> then shared too, so a busy slot on that calendar stops being offered for the whole team. Check with your
> administrator (manual 26 · Settings and integrations) before setting up this pattern.
