The **Calendar** is the screen where your agency manages appointments: who has them, when, and with which customer. You reach it from **Calendar** in the sidebar. The most important thing to understand about this screen: the **same engine** that calculates free slots when you create an appointment by hand is also the one the AI agent uses when it offers times to a customer over WhatsApp, Telegram or the web chat. The AI never reveals your calendar's contents — which appointments exist or with whom — it only offers available slots calculated with those same rules (section 4).
